Primary Memberships
Primary Memberships are available to contractors, recruitment agencies, and payroll intermediaries that directly engage with temporary workers. This membership includes access to tailored advice, detailed audits, and comprehensive guidance to help businesses meet legal and ethical employment obligations. Primary members are entitled to display the FairPay logo as a mark of compliance and accountability.
Extended Memberships
Extended Memberships are an additional, limited option for contractors and recruitment agencies that exclusively use a FairPay-registered Primary Member to manage their temporary worker arrangements. Extended members can also display the FairPay logo, signaling their commitment to compliance throughout their supply chain. These members undergo simpler audits that cover only basic and limited criteria.
